2024 Junior of the Year

Rylee Williams

Rylee Williams is a Junior at Tecumseh High School where she has maintained a 4.0 gpa and selected to a member of the National Honor Society Member. Additionally, she is currently enrolled in concurrent classes through Seminole State College.  Rylee is active within the Tecumseh FFA Chapter where she is a part of Livestock Judging, Beef Show Team, and currently serves as the chapters Vice President. Rylee has played volleyball since being in middle school and is a member of THS Varsity Team. 

Rylee has been an active member of the Oklahoma Junior Simmental Association since 2017 and served on the junior board including Oklahoma Simmental Queen since 2021. She is a member of the Oklahoma Junior Cattlemen’s Association, Oklahoma Junior Maine Anjou Association, and American Junior Simmental Association. Rylee has been in the show ring at many levels from local to national shows. 

Being a fourth-generation cattlemen (cattlewomen) she enjoys every aspect of exhibiting cattle including having an active role in sire selection and day to day operations of the family’s herd. Rylee plans on continuing concurrent classes through her Senior year and work towards attending Oklahoma State University to become a veterinarian specializing in large animals. Once complete, she would love to practice in rural Oklahoma and of course help maintain the family cattle operation.
